I ordered this kit but have not made it yet. I received the Colorful Betta Fish as a gift. It definitely was challenging to make, I got stuck a few times but watched the videos for help. It will take you much longer than the description describes but I'm kind of glad because I really enjoyed making it. I also had trouble finding the battery size but we love the "google"!

So I got this as a gift, its wonderful to look at once completed but getting it completed was harder than expected. The instructions were a little hard to follow, too many steps in one section whereas I expected the typical step by step. Instructions also don't tell you which batteries are needed for the light up component. One part, the tail end of the main body, doesn't stay on at all. But overall very pretty, and fulfilling to finish building, with some improvements (mentioned above) needed.
