Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order for a Nidhogg, received order confirmation, then heard nothing for 2 1/2 weeks. I emailed to check on order status. Only then was I told that the product was out of stock and they could not tell me when I might receive my order.

Good, but not what I expected

1 the build was very fun, and the final product was great
2 i had to bend metal, which was very frustrating and precise
3 i tried to screw in the magnets, and the broke upon screwing further
4 SCREW THE MAGNET TILL YOU FEEL PRESSURE THEN STOP
5 Overall good build

Very fun and very detailed build. Model looks really cool on the shelf too.
Lights were a nice surprises but they do eat through the batteries very quickly.
