As the world adjusts to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), shipping is inevitably affected. Every country and region is facing shipping delays of various degrees. The Mecrob team will do our best to keep you updated and informed about your order during this time as new information becomes available.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability

When will I receive my order?

Total Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Transit Time
If your order contains multiple boxes, they will be shipped separate or together(Depends on the shipping warehouse).
Shipping Time: 1-3 Business Days
Transit Time: 10-15 Business Days

Packages usually reach their destination in 10-15 business days, but occasionally take longer. 

Note:Customer/recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Orders Tracking

We are always happy to help, but unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking information you have.  Please try to resolve any issue with the carrier directly. 

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. When your order is shipped, there may be a delay that prevents you from viewing the logistics information immediately. Please understand.

Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
